Step 4 :- If you are applying for a UDID card for the first time, select the first option and then click on submit.
Step 5 :- Then the Registration form will open, and you have to fill in all details like applicant’s full name, mobile number, date of birth, email ID, relation with applicant (e.g., mother, father, or guardian), and upload photographs of the applicant and their signature or thumb impression (jpg, jpeg, or png format only).
Step 6 :- In the Registration form, fill in the details of proof of identity card like PAN card, Voter ID card, Ration card, passport, or driving license, and upload the photograph of the proof of identity card (only jpeg, jpg, or png images with size 10 KB to 500 KB allowed).
